Dosage

Pour 150 ml of water over 6.5 g (equivalent to 1 level 10 ml spoon) of powder and mix until completely dissolved.

It is recommended to take it in the morning.

Consume immediately after preparation.

For optimal results, use this product for two months in a row.

Contraindications

This product cannot replace a regular and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Respect the recommended daily dose.
